SOUNDWAVE

ok so i havent dont this yet so i thought i would now ... sunday was awesome .. sydney soundwave 09 = best day ever

gah ok the 530 am wake up was a fucking bitch .. get up .. get toast ... GO ...

after a train ride and a car trip we get there at 1115 am ... the gate had been open for an hour   ....  and the line was packed ... 2 fucking hours in the line ... missed madina lake and less than jake cos of the fucking line ..

get in and RUN from the front gate all the way to stage 5 for jacks mannequin ... and i must say was fucking awesome ... great band go see them ..(yes you go now)

then it was food time .. no bands playing we wanted to see so we made are way to get food ... now this was the band that took me by surprise ... unearth ... really dont like them normally but i must say the songs i saw while i ate my lunch where ok and the singer seemed like a cool kind of guy

ok so we still didnt have a band picked for the next sets either .. so we went to see saves the day .... BIG MISTAKE ... god wat happened 2 them i never used 2 mind them ... like it wasnt bad stuff but not worth being there ... so merch stand time bitches...

got myself a jacks mannequin shirt which is awesome ... down side ... then missed a large part of underoaths set ... tho i did hear it anyway just not see it

next was anberlin ... only had heard one song of theirs but im now hooked fucking awesome live .... im now a fan i must say ... i would see them again without question  ... again anberlin=awesome

red jumpsuit .... weirdass sing is all i can say ... awsome band to see just so you know but be warned his odd

time for a run .... over to stage 3 (for got to actually say it but from underoath onward was on the main stages ) anyway saw the end of finch ... was worried cos the 1st song i heard sucked ass ... but then the next 2 were awesome and world order restored ...

after a wait with some funny guys and their killer beach ball (yes you heard me) it was time for funeral for a friend ... all i can say is fuck yeah fuck yeah fuck yeah .... go see them if you havent .... ps my love goes to the kid who no one caught ... may your black eye hurt badly

next up was a run to the main stage ... see the end of bloodhood gang .... was good ... then a short wait for ............ BILLY TALENT ........ funniest guy ever .... he told a chick there was no chance she had had sex ..... now this is the one bad thing for me ... fat man landing on my head and fucking up my back ... thank you fat man

next was new found glory ... great guys .. good set  , good music , you can see they love wat they do .... makes it worth it

the alkaline trio ... was ok but not the best didnt stay ... left and made my way to see .......... NIN .... was amazing ... trent is one awesome guy i think

then this is when the fun really started kiddies ... im messaging trying to find my group only to find that rob had been KOed in the mosh and was now at the med tent and awesome half the group was out looking for me  ... so after all are found we head to the car and make the drive home

i hope to go again next year
